Several Illinois section 6166 computation scenarios are presented. The computations in scenarios 1 and 2 are based on one set of facts. A different set of facts is used in scenarios 3 and 4. Included in each set of computations is computer-generated IRS Form 4349, Computation of Estate Tax Due With Return and Annual Installment, and the corresponding Illinois estate tax calculator computation.
