Nelson M. Blakely spent more than 30 years with IRS as an Estate Tax Attorney. Most of the last 20 years were spent running complex section 6166 computations for IRS service centers, providing computational support to many areas within the IRS and other branches of the Federal government including IRS Appeals, IRS Office of Chief Counsel, and the U.S. Department of Justice. He has run several thousand section 6166 computations.
